Amuse is a seasonal, farm to table driven restaurant, located on Level 3 of the museum. Whether you are dining in our main dining room, full-service bar, or our private dining room, you will be able to take in sweeping views of the Robins Sculpture Garden and the museum’s Cochrane Atrium. Our team works diligently to provide a menu that is directly inspired by art-filled surroundings, special exhibitions, and seasonality, while also carefully selecting only the finest ingredients from local vendors, artisans, and farmers.

Join us for a delightful three-course menu priced at $40. This special menu is a great way to enjoy the cuisine, service, and views that Amuse has to offer at a friendly price point. The menu changes weekly and is available only during our Wednesday dinner service, which is from 5 pm until 8 pm. Please note that tax and service are not included.

Now in its fifth season, Summer Supper Somm is an experiential communal dinner series celebrating Virginia bounty.**
Summer: Heirlooms from Village Garden RVA (named "The most delicious tomatoes in the country” by Food & Wine magazine
Supper: Top chefs and restaurateurs expressing love for tomatoes and nourishing our community with feasts, fetes, and fellowship
Somm: A local winemaker presenting deliciously paired wines alongside our own in-house sommelier!
For 2025, Summer Supper Somm will be presenting nationwide in various restaurants (over eight jackpot weeks of tomato season) and Amuse gets to be one of them!
