Multi-instrumentalist, dazzling percussionist, and soulful singer Kevin Davis performs his special blend of Afro-Cuban, Latin, Caribbean, and R&B, which he calls Clavé Soul. Davis created his ensemble Ban Caribe 40 years ago. Today, they're not only RVA favorites but have also performed at venues and festivals throughout Virginia, Washington DC, the West Coast, and the Caribbean.

Song stylist Carol Covell has that kind of voice: sweet and pure and melts like smooth chocolate. Her band will feature instrumental and vocal favorites from the Great American Songbook, as well as ballads and bossa nova, for your listening and dancing pleasure. Ms. Covell will be accompanied by Lee Covington on piano, Jack Byrnes on bass, and Todd Woodson on drums.
