Interactive Exercise | Explanation Game Map: Commonwealth Project

In today's world, people develop and share ideas across many different modes of communication -- video, social media, print, and more. When visual artists create artwork, they carefully consider the mode(s) that will most effectively communicate their ideas, leading to deliberate decisions about the media, or materials, they will use. Spending time to examine and explain their own ideas about such artwork encourages students to thoughtfully consider this relationship between media and message.
