This couplet displays his balanced form and dynamic strokes, exemplifying that calligraphy is not only an artistic form but also an expression of the writer’s character and emotions: The spirit as high as the clouds, the mind as lucid as the moon; The gentle temperament like spring, the upheld integrity like autumn.
