Chalton in 1795./ Four Years Old, won at Tenbury £50, beating Verjuice. at Ludlow £50, beating Sr. John Leicesters B.C. Furgulus and Thunderbolt. 1796 at Tenbury £50, beating Mulespinner &c, 1797 at Ascot £50./ beating Ld. Egremonts Tanrade and William. He was then Sold to Mr. Howorth, in 1797 at Brighthelmston won the Petworth Stakes of 10. Gs. each for Four Years Old, beating Yeoman. Fanlight./ Nightshade and Lilly. in Running after at Brighton he broke down & never in Training afterwards & was Sold to the Duke of Beaufort for a Stallion./ Engraved from an Original Picture in Possession of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales.
